Dumbbell
Sphere Floor Lamp
- Italy
Unusual floor lamp, most likely Italian, c. 1960s. Consists of a
small circular marble base that supports a black tubular “T” shape shaft
that leads to twin sphere light diffusers. The spheres each are slotted on
the back allowing them to SLIDE along the “cupped” ends of the tubes. This
sliding effect allows you to shine light in just about any position. Each
sphere is 7” diameter and has its own on/off switch. Stands 48” high,
spans 25” wide and takes up just 8” diameter of floor space. Works great
and condition is good with some surface age to the chrome (no dents) and
some age to the upright.

Chrome
Thin Line Bunching Tables
Square “bunching Tables”, designed and produced by Virtue, c, 1971.
Cool minimalist design consisting of chrome frames that hold glass tops.
Smart and functional you “Bunch” them together any way you like. Use
as a coffee table / side table combo, as a single coffee table. In a
row along a wall, as bedside tables, etc. These are well made and
the frames are quite stylish as every square tube is concave in shape.
The glass sits smooth and flush within the frame (not on top).
Condition is very good, with some expected age. Chrome still has
lots of shine with some wear. When we got these, the glass tops were
chipped and cracked. You can have it cut at any home center for less then
the shipping would be anyway, So, we are selling the frames only.
Each measures 21” square by 13.75” high.
. TWO available $85.00
each or $150.00 PAIR
