If you have a pre-purchase question simply use the contact link at the top of any page throughout the website. Be sure and indicate which item(s) you are inquiring about and you will receive a response usually within 24 hours.

All major credit cards (local buyers picking up in person may also pay in cash). California residents are subject to 9.5% sales tax.
local pick up
If you are in the Southern California area, pick up at the gallery is always free and encouraged. Enter coupon code PICKUP at check out to remove any shipping costs. For larger pieces that cannot ship via UPS, local Southern California delivery within a 50 mile radius of the shop is available at a flat rate of $75.00. Local delivery orders totaling over $2500 will deliver for free.
shipping
All smaller items on the website can be shipped via UPS or USPS within the continental USA and the cost will automatically be calculated at check out. Larger items that require blanket wrap freight will be charged a flat rate based on your location. These items will not calculate a shipping cost upon check out so PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER on larger pieces with your delivery address to obtain a shipping quote.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories, please contact me before placing an order to see if an item is shippable to you.
I use numerous shipping companies from UPS and USPS to various freight transporters depending on the size of the item(s). Pieces that can safely be shipped via UPS or USPS typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days after leaving. Larger pieces that require blanket wrap freight shipping typically takes from 2 to 8 weeks dependent on the transporters schedules and your delivery destination.

terms of sale of vintage furniture and design objects
All items for sale at simplymod.com are vintage and are to be considered USED. While often items are in exceptional condition, normal age, use, and wear should be expected. Any significant extremes in condition, whether good or bad will be noted. All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted.
special note on lighting and electrics
Vintage lamps and light fixtures have old wires and sockets. While more often then not, they are safe to use, it is always recommended that you have them checked by a qualified lighting technician prior to using and then have rewired if deemed necessary. Simplymod.com will not be responsible for any electrical hazards or damage. Other electrical items (plug-in or battery power) are sold as design objects for decorative value only and while the working condition will be noted in the items description, there is no warranty or guarantee on these items due to the fact that they are just that…vintage.
