Material: white enameled metal, white with red internal accent at outer top cylinder.  
Dimensions:  a full 22 3/4" diameter, about 20"h.  Cord is 12 foot long (easily shortened)
Condition: Good condition for its age and rewired.  Some small little impressions to the metal and some minor varience to outer edge flatness, nothing of which takes away from the overall beauty hanging up in a room. 
Notes:  Nice BIG design providing wonderful downward illumination.  The touch of red glow from the outer top cylinder is great.
